Is it really anonymous?

Yes. No sender information is included. If you would like a name or anything added you can let us know in the "Order special instructions" sections on the cart page before checkout.

Does it smell?

Only if you choose the scent upgrade. Because apparently seeing a fake turd just wasn’t shitty enough.

What does the box look like?

Plain, unbranded packaging on the outside. The PoopParcel.com logo is on the inside lid.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are shipped within 24 hours of being ordered during regular M-F business hours. We ship everything via UPSP or UPS and delivery usually takes and estimated 4-7 business days.

Can I track my purchase?

Yes, tracking info is provided after your product has shipped to the intended recipient. You will receive an email with a tracking link.

Do you put a receipt in the package?

No! Everything is shipped 100% anonymously, unless you want something added under special instructions, but we never send the recipient a receipt of your purchase.

What kind of message can I send?

Send whatever you like—it’s up to you. This is anonymous, so tell them how you really feel! Just keep it within the law… we’re pranksters, not your attorneys.
Just remember: funny is good, felony is bad.

Can I keep sending poop to the same person?

Probably not a great idea. One anonymous Poop Parcel is a hilarious prank. Repeatedly sending them to the same person could cross the line into harassment—and nobody wants their gag gift to turn into a legal gag order.

Do you ship outside of the US?

At this time we only ship within the continental US.
